frequency generation with ni PXI-7831R

I have a pxi-7831R. Using the 200Mhz FPGA clock - I need to generate the following signals.

1. 14.33Mhz

2. 12.22Mhz

3  15.75Khz

4. 30Hz

I can generate the first 3 signals but I am having problems generating the 30hz signal. Can anyone help me out with

that one?

I can get relatively close to this frequency using the 160MHz clock of a PCI-7831R, can you be more specific about the trouble you are having?
