i want to generate 8 channels of 45mA output

I am looking for a card which can generate 8 channels of current output of 45mA range. Is there any product which can do this

Are you looking for a variable current source? Or are you looking for a voltage that can supply up to 45mA?

Also, would you be willing to build external circuitry if necessary?
