Hi,

We actually have quite a few products that can acheive this.  I would recommend taking a look at this webpage.  That link goes through the options that you have for a PCI signal source.  A product like a PCI 5406 will be able to do what you want pretty easily.

Also, since your speeds are fairly slow you might even be able to use a DAQ device.  If you go onto this page.

you will be able to find a list of our multifunction DAQ boards, which might serve the purpose.
