I am creating signal express steps in labview 8.6 for signal express 3.0 with sound and vibration 7.0. Creating a control with an array of input waveforms to filter multiple channels, I get "missing input" when I try to use this vi in Signal express. I can create a single input / output equivalent, something with the use of the input array seems to be not working properly. I have created an In-out vi to confirm the output 1D waveform array allows all channels to be used in signal express, copy and conversion to control with a simple "pipe" vi the input does not allow a 1D waveform array input (to select all AI inputs, accelerometer data).
Also not able to get a log-log scale of random vibration data to work, hardware is 2 S series cards (6143) on an SCXI chassis with SCXI 1531, parallel mode running. Need to re-process fft waveforms.
Signal express seems to hang with filter on the acquisition side, same VI working on the playback mode. Is this a speed related error?

Hello Ice Bear,
After testing this, I have found that in Signal Express 3.0, you are not able to pass arrays of waveforms into the Run LabVIEW VI step. However, after receiving feedback from customers that this is something that they wanted, National Instruments built this functionality into Signal Express 2009 for use with LabVIEW 2009 VI Steps. Now, you can use the Run LabVIEW VI 2009 step and you can Group Channels of data acquisition, as seen in the attached images.
Just so I understand your set up, you have two SCXI-1531 in an SCXI chassis, each cabled to its own 6143 S Series card?
