Data exported from SignalExpress has duplicate data points.

This question I originally posted on DIAdem board but after some discussion decided it is most likely due to a setup error with how I am collecting/recording data with SignalExpress.

I am using SignalExpress Tektronix Ed v2.5.1 to collect data from my DPO3014 scope.  I have my scope input connected to a function generator that outputs a 2usec pulse at 1Hz.  The generator is configured to manually trigger the pulse when I press a button.  I pressed it only once so I know there should be only one pulse captured in my data.  When I import the recorded data from SignalExpress to DIAdem there are two duplicate pulses in the imported data.  On the other hand, when I export data from SignalExpress to an ASCII text file there is only one pulse which is the output I expect.

Why do two pulses show up in Diadem--see attached sample tdms file?

Is there a way to fix the data in Diadem once it has been imported?

Attached is the ASCII exported data and original TDMS version from Signal Express.  There is only one step in the project to aquire signals from the DSO.  To export the data I right click on the file in SignalExpress and select "Convert to ASCII".  Attached is the SignalExpress project file that includes setup information with the data log in question.

Wallino,

When you are importing the data to DIAdem are you right clicking the log file and selecting "Open in DIAdem" or are you opening the .tdms file directly in DIAdem? Also make sure that when you record the data it is creating a new log in the lower right hand corner of SignalExpress, and not appending it to any previous log files.
