Yes I have, this works but I wanted to reduce the number of operations the make this as user friendly as possible. It seems that I will have to wait for NI to fix the bug with the Export to Excel before I can simplify to this level.
I can also try and work the curve tracer V/I characteristics in Labview, this will give me many more options. I need to get a basic SMU 4140 VISA working so I can learn labview using this as an example.
