Force (IEPE) data acquisition question?

I am trying to collect impact hammer data using a NI 9234 module and a chassis with +-5 V capabilitly.  Using the IEPE force DAQ aquire option in Signal Express, I am able to utilize the full 5 V's using Newtons, but when I use the lb option, I can only utilize about .25 V?

Hi vidmarbr-

     When you change the Scaled Units from Newtons to Pounds, do you also change the Sensitivity Units from mvolts/N to mvolts/lb?  This might contribute to the error.

     Also be sure that you are adjusting your input limits to the correct input limits and excitation value for your tranducer.
