How to average several thermocouple readings using SignalExpress?

I am new to LabView and am using the evaluation software for SignalExpress.  I have 8 thermocouples that I am reading and would like to have an average value of the 8 either displayed on the graph or just have it displayed.  Is this possible?

Also, is there a way to have a "stopwatch" for when I begin recording and finish recording?

Try the following:

Add a Step>>Processing>>Analog Signals>>Time Averaging

You can get the timing data from the Time Stamps associated with your data.
