Log Temperature data to text file, not voltage

I have many t/c's feeding an SCXI system, and I'm using Labview Signal Express LE to capture my data.  When I record, I view the temp in (F), but when I look at the text file to import into excel, I have logged the voltage.  What setting must i adjust to log the temp?

Thank you for posing on the NI Forums. To correctly get the temperature saved in your text file you will need to add a Scaling and Conversion Step. You will need a DAQmx Acquire Step to get your data into Signal Express, then you will need to add a Scaling and Conversion step (Add Step >> Processing >> Analog Signals >> Scaling and Conversion) This step will allow you to set a Gain and Offset for your signal. Then you can add a Save to ASCII step. When you add this step you will now notice that you will have another signal to select as a signal that will be saved. You will just want to make sure that the signal that is output from your Scaling and Conversion step is the signal that you will save with the ASCII Step. Hope this helps.
