Hello Bruce,
There are several options available to you. The first, as you mentioned is Signal Express. However, you will need the Tektronix Edition of Signal Express to communicate with the scope. You should then be able to acquire data from four channels and save it on your computer. Signal Express also enables you to look at the data in more detail, perform some basic analysis and even export it for external use. However, you will not be able to access the digital lines of your scope.
The other option is to use LabVIEW and the DPO 4xxx driver provided on idnet. I confirmed that this driver will enable you to acquire waveforms from both the analog and digital channels from your scope. LabVIEW also offers the functionality of saving the data onto your computer and looking at it in the LabVIEW environment or exporting it in many other formats. However, LabVIEW offers more flexibility than Signal Express, hence the fact that you can read digital waveforms.
Please let me know if you have any questions on any of these two options.
Have a great day.

Hello Bruce,
I may have mislead you a little bit. You can use your oscilloscope with Signal Express using the IVI driver. Please see this knowledgebase for more information on installing IVI drivers in Signal Express.
Please note that the digital lines are still not available with the IVI driver.
Have a great day.
