Unfortunately, a DAQCard-700 has no analog output, so cannot output your signal.
A noisy signal from an SCC-68 can be caused by several things:
- Poor connections. Make sure your wires are properly connected into the terminal block.
- Poor grounding. Make sure your ground wires are properly connected and are large enough.
- Poor shielding. Make sure your wires are properly shielded from external noise sources. For example, fluorescent lights generate high frequency noise at multiples of your power line frequency.
- Low signal levels. If your input/output signals are too low, the normal output noise of the device will look huge. Adjust gains appropriately and add amplifiers at the appropriate points, if needed. Note that adding amplifers after the noise will just increase the noise, as well. If you are working in a noisy environment (e.g. there is an arc welding class next door), try sending higher signals than you need and attenuating them at the point of usage.
- Damaged hardware. If your hardware is damaged, it may be producing much less signal or much more noise than expected. This is usually not the caue, but should not be ruled out if everything else is OK.
This is not an exhaustive list. If possible, try to find someone locally who can help you with your physical setup. It is very difficult to debug hardware issues in a discussion forum, but a local guru should have no such issues.
