New to signalexpress and need help to smooth out the raw data

Hi guys,

I'm newbie and have little knowledge on signalexpress. I'm using signalexpress for data logging process for my experiment. I want to do smoothing for my raw data graph. My supervisor said it can be done directly by using signalexpress but I still cannot figured out the way. I've searched online but there are all using labview.

Can someone help me to solve my problem? I really need help. I have no idea how to settle this anymore.

Thanks in advance.

What is your raw signal input type? I.E; temp, strain, analog voltage....
Most of the time you can add an Amplitudes and Levels step, then add the signals of interest to that step. The smoothing occurs within that A&L function. You can either view the signal in a graph or record it straight to file. Granted you wont get a timestamp when logging the data but I did find an equivalent sample rate calculation if you need it.

keep in mind, you'll need to add a A&L step to each signal "type" in your DAQmx Acquire step. For instance if you have Voltage and Custom Voltage w/ Excitation signal types, you will need to add two Amplitude and Levels step; one for each.
