Reading Vex Thermistor with USB-6216

Hello, I'm trying to read a Vex Thermistor value using the USB-6216 and SignalExpress 2009. I created the DAQmx Acquire step for a Vex thermistor, input the A, B, and C from the thermistor data sheet, have 2.5V external excitation from a DC bench power supply, and wired it up with a 10k R1 as shown in the Connection Diagram screen.

I started it, but its reading values that are way off. Its showing room temperature as being -150 degrees C. What am I doing wrong?

Yes, I realize in the screenshot I have R1 accidently set to 10k instead of 5k.

Even when properly set it still reads vastly incorrect temperature data.

It looks to me like you have it set up properly.  Do you have any other thermistors that you could try?  Also, I would double check the A, B, and C values.
