Signal Express 2.0 cannot find device

I've had Measurement & Automation Explorer and VI Logger Lite installed and running my USB-9162 carrier with cRIO-9215 aquisition device for almost a year. After installing Signal Express 2.0 it does not recongize the device although the other software and Windows see it just fine. In M & A Explorer I can test and reset the device easily but Signal Express does not show the device after clicking Aquire Signals.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hi rotary-

I just tested a USB-9215A and it shows up correctly.  You mention that you installed NI SignalExpress; did you upgrade your version of NI-DAQmx at the same time?  You will need to install NI-DAQmx 8.5 to include the proper DAQ support for SignalExpress.  Are you able to create a task using the DAQ Assistant in MAX that references channels on your device?
