Signal express Tutorial

1- I would like to explore the functions of Signal express, but I cannot find a decent "instruction manual".
If there is any please let me know.

2- I need to monitor 4 inputs and record 5 signals with my USB6009 for about 3 minutes, but with best possible resolution
as the purpose is to find motor current (50 Hz) interferences.

So, the signals are:

channel a0 instantaneous voltage (sin wave)
Channel a1 nstantaneous voltage (motor Speed A)
Channel a2 nstantaneous voltage (motor Speed B)
Channel a3 nstantaneous voltage (motor Speed C)
- rms of signal input a0

It could be good to make a continuous sampling with  20 samples in a rate of 1KHz
so, a rms should be done in each cycle  (1s/50= 20ms ).

The problem is that it comes the following error 200279.
I would like to know if there is any other technique I can use like using subsets to calculate the rms
in order to get a faster refreshing of the display.

Hello,

You can get on our site the Getting Started with SignalExpress.

If you don't need to take a decision during the process, don't calculate the rms value before having completed the acquisition. You get the error -200279 because you are trying to read samples who have been overwritten. Do you configure a buffered acquisition? How many samples do you read?
