What version of SignalExpress are you using?
You can usually view the whole log in the normal view, but this behavior can be changed depending upon how you created or imported the log. If you right click on the log, do you get an option to prepare the log for viewing? Did you (or someone else) change the logging options in the Tools»Options menu item so your log does not have viewing data?
If you get the option to prepare the log for viewing, use it. It may solve your problem. If not, please post your project and log (if small enough) so we can take a look. Please ZIP all files before posting.
