Using Labview plug and play drivers with Signal express

I am trying to use SignalExpress to interface with a Wiltron(anritsu) 360B network analyzer. I have found NI Plug and Play drivers for the analyzer.

I have found a possible solution described here:

This method requires a copy of Labview, which i do not have access to. Is there a way I can use the Plug and play drivers in SignalExpress without getting a copy of labview proper?

Hi Natek,

Unfortunately you do require LabVIEW in order to create DLLs out of the Instrument Driver VIs, and use them in SignalExpress. SignalExpress does not take regular VIs, which is why you have to create DLLs so that it can be called from outside of the LabVIEW environment.
