I installed the VILogger to SignalExpress converter tool located at http://joule.ni.com/nidu/cds/view/p/id/707/lang/en
I also installed the required LabVIEW 8.2 Run-Time Engine. But since I'm using the latest version of SignalExpress parts of the run-time engine weren't installed because there were newer versions already installed.
When I try to run the converter it asks for the missing hscdli4lv.dll. The program window shows up after a series of warning/error-popups but the program is not running. It's in some kind of unactive state.
I've searched my computer but this dll is nowhere to be found.
How do I solve this problem?
