What is Signal Express' slowest supported sample rate?

I'd like to monitor some temperature vs. load trends over the weekend and really only need one sample every 5 min or so.

Will Signal Express handle that (without using the logging function; just Save to Ascii)? According to my calculation that's like 0.003333333hz. Does that sound right? or is this the wrong approach.

I have been successful in using One Sample (On Demand) with a sample period of 5 minutes (300 seconds).  This will be software timed, but it does not sound like you need the measurement to be precise to the nearest microsecond (hardware timed), and that a little software jitter (millisecond range) would not be an issue. You can then add the step to save the file to ASCII.
