XY Graph of pressure vs strain

I am using cDIQ-9174, NI 9236 & NI 9237 to measure the strain and pressure along the pipe. I can see the independent waveforms however I want to plot and a snapshot of the XY graph of pressure vs strain which will start from (0,0) and give me whatever succesive datapoints. All I could plot is XY graph which does not start from (0,0). How do I do that?

Can you post your .seproj file or a screenshot of your project window.

Your signals will start at whatever reading they're at at the time of acquisition. In other words, if you're showing 5,000uE and 50psi at rest (or at the time you hit record) that's where your graph will start. Are you removing any offsets before logging data?
