thermocouple offset

I am using USB-9213 to measure temperatures at different positions of a setup by using thermocouples being connected to different channels. When I immerse the thermocouples into ice water, I can see some minor offset of the temperatures from zero, and different channels may have slightly different amount of offset. Since I am interested in measuring the temperature difference among different positions, I would like to impose different minor offsets to different channel to counter the aforementioned difference. How can I do it in Signal Express?

You can do this by using a Formula step for each channel and subtracting the offset.
