why my TDS2014B scope can not communicate with signalexpress

I have already installed LabView 2014,Signal express and VISA 4.6. Now i want my TDS2014 scope communicate with Signal Express, of course,I haved installed TDS2014's driver,it's a zip file,and extracted directly to the \instr.lib directory. but when i Create New IVI Session，I found anything in instrument driver box,while Resource Descriptor can be selected as my "usb USB0::0x0699:....." what should I do ?any suggestions? You installed the wrong driver to the wrong place. An IVI driver does not come as a zip file and you do not install it to instr.lib. Download the actual IVI driver and run its installer. There are several files that need to be placed in different IVI folders.

Thanks Dennis. I made it.You are right,I installed the wrong driver,but now new problems occured.When i clik run,erro shows "Primary Error: (Hex 0xBFFA0010) Invalid value for parameter or property. Secondary Error: (Hex 0xBFFC0004) Parameter 4 out of range, or error occurred while setting Parameter 4. Elaboration: Max Input Frequency" AM I havn't configured the parameter yet?I tried to set IVI configuration in Measurement & Automation Explore,but it still can't work.

Sorry, I can't help with the application itself. I'm a programmer and after a brief review, I uninstalled all traces of SignalExpress. You'll probably need to attach your program for someone to help.
