Hello,
I recently viewed a Webcast about Channel Wires.
My guess this will be talked about a lot at the upcoming NI Week 2016
Interesting Read

Your link is broken, the right one is this:
https://decibel.ni.com/content/docs/DOC-41918
When you were presenting the What's New in 2015, I mentioned this feature and bascially said it is a way to have a wire that doesn't enforce data flow, and I believe one of the crowd comments was, "That sounds dangerous." I've yet to use them in a real application yet, but they are probably getting some updates in 2016.

Thanks for letting me know about the broken link. I fixed it on my original post. Don't know what happened..
I have yet to use Channel Wires as well. I would like to see some best
practices on this topic before going down this rabbit hole...
Thanks for the comments Brian! You keep me straight.
