基于labview的自动控制原理实验系统

This work provided the use of NI Simulation, Control Design, and the PID module, software support, to achieve the basic functions of the program design; flexible use of the conditions, events, circulation and structure in order to achieve nested functions and expansion; produced using photoshop Some interface pictures, to beautify the interface that allows users to have a good experience.

平台,利用其参数配置的灵活、开放性,较强的实用性及诸多的应用工具包等优势,编写了以自动控制原理课程为理论基础的实验系统。本系统克服了硬件固化,配套仪器较多,参数设置不灵活的局限性,可以开放的设置参数完成实验,充分的发挥了虚拟仪器的优势。

本作品在很好的完成自动控制原理教学所需所有实验的基础上,增加了两个典型的自动控制原理应用实例。并且本系统参数设置灵活,界面设计友好,突出了其良好的人机交互性,可以使学生更好的理解实验内容,同时也可作为辅助学习系统。本作品设有登录系统并且具有保存及输出实验报告的功能,系统整体功能完善。整个实验系统还采用850*440的尺寸,符合nextpad标 准,可适用于工程教育应用及推广。

   本作品能够更好的完成自动控制原理课程教学所需的常见实验,如典型环节的模拟研究、增益裕量与相位裕量分析、超前校正与滞后校正等,还增加了基于PID控制系统仿真设计和基于PID算法的水位控制系统两个典型的自动控制原理应用实例,是良好的教学辅助软件,也可作为辅助学习系统进行数据分析与验证。

 

   本作品运用NI公司提供的SimulationControl Design、以及PID模块的软件支持,实现了程序的基本功能设计;灵活运用条件、事件、循环及顺序结构,实现功能的嵌套与展开;运用photoshop制作了一些界面图片,来美化界面,使用户有一个良好的使用体验。
