En la industria es muy difícil y costoso tener a un trabajador dedicado a controlar y registrar la temperatura de un horno dependiendo de su uso, llámese calentar, secar o fundir cualquier producto que la industria deseé procesar. El control de temperatura es muy importante y preciso dependiendo del producto con el que se trabaje.

In the industry it is very difficult and expensive to have a dedicated worker to monitor and record the temperature of an oven depending of the use, either heat, dry or melt any product that the industry want to process. Temperature control is very important and precise depending of the product that be worked.

La Solución / The Solution:

Se desarrollo “Control de Temperatura de Horno Industrial”  con la intención de tiempo de trabajo y calidad del producto para el comprador.

Was developed the “Temperature Control of Industrial Oven” With the intention to optimizing working time and quality of the product to the buyer.

Además el operador tendrá un archivo de texto con las temperaturas obtenidas a lo largo del dia, este archivo contendrá el día y hora de la medición para así observar cual fue el error en caso de existir alguno, comprobar que el horno se encuentre en la temperatura adecuada a lo largo del día o solo para tener un registro de las mediciones. También es necesario tener una alerta donde el usuario ingresara la temperatura máxima del horno, si esta excede de la cantidad ingresada se tendrá una alarma indicando que algo no está funcionando correctamente.

Also, the operator will have a text file with the temperatures measured throughout the day, this file will contain the date and time of measurement too see what went wrong if it exists, check that the oven be in the correct temperature throughout the day or only to have a record of the measurements. Also is necessary have a alert where the user enter the maxim temperature of the oven, if this temperature is greater than the measurement you have an alarm indicating that something is not working properly.

El diagrama a bloques consta de una maquina de estados la cual seguirá una secuencia, además de tomar decisiones tomando en cuenta los datos adquiridos. Crea un archivo de texto con las mediciones de temperatura realizadas por un sensor conectado a NI MyDAQ cada 60 segundos.

The Block Diagram consist of a states machines which follow a sequence, too make decisions with the acquired data. Create a text archive whit the temperature measurements did by a sensor connected to Ni MyDAQ every 60 seconds.

Con el uso de LabVIEW se puede desarrollar cualquier proyecto fácilmente ya que este software es muy visual con una interface muy amigable, además con los dispositivos de National Instruments ayuda a desarrollar  una gran variedad de actividades.

Using LabVIEW we can develop any Project easily because this software is very visual whit a interface very friendly, also whit the National Instruments dispositive help us to develop variety of activities.
