Title: Cooking Robot
Description:
Based on LabVIEW programming and PXI 6251 data acquisition card, and external hardware cooking robot composed of the implement. This robot can make a basic function of the automatic cooking.

The Challenge:
Machining is very difficult for us ,that is limited in our lab.So ,all about the machie processing just done manully.
The Solution:
Software Design:Programming with LabVIEW2010,Interception by the string match state machines, temporal structure, DAQ Assistant IO control and data acquisition and other key technologies. Hardware Design:1、The overall use of steel truss structure as the structural support. 2、Heating device using induction cooker, we directly pick out the key of induction cooker connections with relay control. 3、Shovel down, the solid material placed, food storage switches and motors needed to track the movements are controlled by relays. 4、Placement of liquid materials using electromagnetic valve control, the number of its heavy volume, with time control. 5、Hardware control system from a computer power needed to power the main chassis The following diagram for the hardware and software architecture and functionality

My interesting is to make the whole system work safety and coding simply! Our time is limited and the cost as well,So for this cooking robot ,most of the working time input in the machine structure . That is difficult for us ,because we have no a good machine processing condition.All the metal processing just by some basic tools ,such as Hacksaw,Hand drill and others. The Circuit is very reliable ,to now it hasn't any big problem. All the control elements had uniformed by me ,that makes it easily to control and a fair-weather. The competition we just here from The Virtual Instrument Competition of the Whole Country. We come from China. So thank u for your support!
