Unmanned Aerial Vehicles are widely used in Aerial surveillance sectors in order for surveying the forest, hideouts and many other sectors. Many of the Surveillance techniques has emerged, in which every one of them are specialized in different sections. But most of these surveillance techniques are highly expensive and needs complexity during work process. Thus in order to generate a new type of surveillance vehicle Life Observing and Rescue/Recording Device (LORD) is developed. LORD is a virtual instrument for Surveillance purposes built using Lab VIEW, which replicates traditional instruments and can be installed in any compatible computer. Unlike the normal drones, LORD is using a special type of thermal imaging camera. This camera will be depending on the source temperature rather than light. Thus providing greater advantage over other drones. The microprocessors chips used in the copter will be Single Board RIO (SB RIO)integrated circuits. The stabilization of the vehicle during heavy wind or storm is done by the pressure sensors in the microprocessor. The controlling of the LORD is also simple as the device is controlled using the joystick. It consists of ultraviolet sensors near the edges of the motors which will make the vehicle from dashing against the wall and the pressure sensor makes it to be stable in the atmosphere. The imaging will be done by the Vision and Motion Assistant software provided by the Lab VIEW. Thus LORD will be a compact one and an Economical product which would benefit for several forests surveying personals and firefightingpolice persons.
