What would the current caring capabilities be of the FETs on a PXI-2501 be at up to 1.0V?

The 2501 isn't designed to carry substantial current and physically can't due to a 1900 Ohm channel to com resistance. Applying 1V across two terminals results in ~500uA of current through the module. How much current are you looking to drive? We can achieve up to 40A with our 2514 FET module (10mOhm path resistance), or up to 1A (and higher channel count) with our 2533,2534 SSR modules (1.4 Ohm path resistance limits us to ~715mA@1V). If you're looking for speed, we can push up to 100mA with the 2535 and 2536 FET modules, but note that the 14 Ohm maximum path resistance is going to limit the current to ~70mA@1V.
