Hello,
I have a 34980a with following configuration: slot1 34921a - mux, slot2 - 34932A matrix and slot 3 - 34939a relay card. I am using switch executive 3.5.
My problem appears when I am trying to disconnect a route created for the 34939A relay card. Mux and matrix are working fine.
More exactly I can connect a route (for example closing relay 10), but I can't disconnect it. No error comes up while disconnecting, but route remains closed.
I am using teststand 2010 - switching panel.
Please help,
Thank you in advance,

Hey Christian,
Can you run an NI Spy capture when this happens? It would be good to see if the disconnect command is actually being sent to the card. See this knowledgebase for how to use NI Spy: Performing a Good NI Spy Capture for Debugging/Troubleshooting
Please post the NI Spy capture up here when you get a chance,
Thanks,

Hello Eric,
I already made a NI Spy capture and everything shows OK. Command is being sent with "success" but the route remains closed. I forgot to mention that it doesn't work even with the MAX NISE test panel.
Route disconnects only after "disconnect all" and this is valid for both Teststand switching panel and MAX NISE test panel.
I succeed to open/close routes using .NET calls (without NISE).
Best regards,
Christian
I will post Spy capture asap.

Hi Christian,
That is very strange, especially since the mux and matrix work fine. Could you try using the IVI Class drivers in LabVIEW to connect and disconnect the 34939a? I want to see if this is a problem isolated to Switch Executive, or if it could actually be a problem with Agilent's IVI driver as a whole.
