Error creating virtual device for Agilent 34934A Matrix in NI Switch Executive 3

After dowloading IVI drivers for the the Agilent 34980A Swtich Unit to NI-MAX, I tried to create a virtual device "34934AMatrix" which generated an eror: "An error ocurred attempting to access device 34934AMatrix Primary error (0xBFFA1190) The session handle is not valid. has anyone experienced this problem????

I believe that this device is in the 34980 family. In their documentation it states.

The "Getting Started" section of the Agilent34980A.chm (help file) has a section on using this driver with NI Switch Executive. Please read there for more information.

"
