Only one 2586 switch bank is recognized by 1062Q chassis

I have a 1062Q chassis with an embedded controller, bought it also with a 2586 10 position SPST switch module and a 4300 AI board, in slots 3 and 5, respectively.  We purchased another 2586 module, but no matter how I move cards around in the chassis I cannot get more than one 2586 and the 4300 to be recognized by the system.  Are there jumpers that have to be moved to use a 2586 in a non-hybrid slot?  Do I have a $1200 paperweight unless I buy another chassis?

This was fixed with a service call.  What has to be done is under the computer's DeviceManager, there was an unrecognized "PCI device" under the Data Acquisition treenode (marked with a yellow exclamation point).  Right-click, select Update Driver, let it do an auto-search and auto-install, it found the device, then it was recognized in MAX. 

This should be documented somewhere but I couldn't find it.
