SCXI-1163R outputs are inverted?

When I turn ON a relay from Labview, it turns OFF?

I see there is an array of "invert" flags for each channel, but they are all un-checked and it seems odd to me that it would default to inverted logic.

Is there a jumper mis-set or something??
