Unknown error with NI-SWITCH (0xFFFFD5D0)

HELLO,

I'm using CVI 6.0 with DMM 4060 and SCXI 1127 (4 modules), SCXI modules are configured in scan mode and sometimes the function "niSwitch_InitiateScan" returns an unknow error code : 0xFFFFD5D0.

What does it mean? Could I ignore this error code?

My configuration is :
NI-DMM and NI-SWITCH 1.6
NI-DAQ 6.9.2
Windows NT SP5 (french)

Jean Philippe,

This is an issue that has been seen in NI-SWITCH 1.6. I advice you to upgrade to NI-SWITCH 2.0, which installs with NI-DAQ 7.0.

Thank you for your answer.

Unfortunatly it's not easy for me to upgrade to NI-SWITCH 2.0 because systems run 24h/24h 7days/7.

Could you tell me if it's possible to ignore this error code or not?
