switch executive 2.1 doesn't appear in MAX 4.1

I am doing this in an administrator account.

For some other reason I upgrded VISA to version 4.1 which in turn updated NI-MAX from 4.1 to 4.2.1 and now Switch Executive is showing up in MAX.

All is working fine now,
