Difference between notification template and instance template

Hi,

Can some explain the difference between the texts in the notification template and the instance template in alarm rules?

If I look at the High CPU example the texts almost look the same, but both need to be filled in to get notifications to work.

The notification template is used only when a notification is sent out. This will be the template used when you send and email using the smtp server you set up in the SystemLink Server Configuration Utility.

The 'Instance Display Name Template' and the 'Instance Description Template' are the fields that will be displayed from the Active Alarms and Alarm Details menu. I've included a screenshot where you can see these two fields in the alarm Details menu below:

It would be convenient if I could have the option in a notification template to use the the instance template. In case I want these 2 to be the same it would save me 50% of the work.
