NI Package Builder with post-install

I only changed the NI Salt-Minion service and not the NI Minion Agent Service for Systems Management service. But to change them to use a different user account, open Services and then scroll to the service you want to change. Right click and goto properties. Select the Log On tab. Here you set the service to use a different user account. You will then need to restart the service.
