Hi,
I am setting up the Client and Server using NI SystemLink. Based on my understanding, we can set various privilege to the users by defining their roles in the NI web Server Configuration. I have created a user named "Client" and have assigned them access to Create / Modify / Delete Feeds by the below shown configuration,
As seen in the options, there is a single option to enable access for creating / modifying and deleting feeds. Thus, the client is allowed to do all these things. I would like to know if there is any setting / option where the client can only Create / Modify the feeds / packages but not delete them so as to avoid any unintentional damage to existing Feeds.
Thanks in advance for your help !!!!

Right now we don't have the permissions divided out that far. If you are configuring a feed and add a package by mistake or accidentally add a new feed, you would want the creator to be able to delete them but I do see how limiting the deletion would be useful. I would say that it would be more useful to also limit the modification so that no one can hose existing feeds but then you get into a weird state of being able to create feeds but not modify them.
