If your test systems do not have access to ni.com, I would recommend disabling all of the feeds pointing to ni.com on your testers. If you server has access to ni.com, you should be able to use the Package Repository application in SystemLink to replicate any feeds from ni.com to your server. You can then add the feeds hosted on your server to the test systems and deploy packages that way.

Thanks for the advice. On last days we decided to add different kind of clients to the server. Beside test stations (with no access to ni.com) we added our personal work computers (they have access to ni.com) and also on this personal computers we created virtual computers (they also have access to ni.com). Then we tried to check Available software, in the case of personal computers clients they were not able to update. But in the case of virtual computers we were able to update available software. It took 3 or 4 minutes but it was possible. Do you think of another reason to have this problem?I have no more ideas and we are still uncertain about firewall setting. Have you seen before any problem related to McAfee firewall?

What version of SystemLink Server are you running? The early 19.x version were very slow to populate the available software and could timeout, but the 2020 R1 and higher versions should be much faster.
The only other thing that I am aware of that can cause problems is if you proxy on your network, which then requires additional configuration on the server and targets to work.
