I have many PC's whose software tabs are greyed out when I pull up individual PC info. The PC's have Systemlink Client 18.2 on them, and the server I am using is also 18.2
I looked through the other post on this subject, but I am not using anything fancy like Jupyter. I just have the PC's on the Systemlink server.
Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

Hi,
It seems like this is an issue with permissions that you might have over the server. Are you running as an administrator? Do you have all the permissions to chance the configuration of your systemlink server?

The software tab may also be grayed out if the refresh job failed after the system connected. 18.2 had issues with some hardware like USB ethernet adapters that would cause the data to fail to update.
If it isn't a permissions issue, you should consider updating your server.
