Systemlink users

Hello I am trying to add users to systemlink and went through the security app on systemlink. We are using window user and I have mapping in workspaces for the uses but when they sign in they see nothing but a message about no webapps. I did notice the user profiles do show up but they do not show any workspaces assigned to them.

There must be some sort of issue with the mapping. It should look something like the following. In this case, I have the Windows user lvuser added with 2 different role mappings which are additive.
