When do Tag Aggregates work?

Using the snippet below, LV 2015, and the TagViewer web page, I read and write to two tags. But the Aggregate values on the TagViewer webpage and the Aggregates output on the VI front panel never change from 0's. (I write to one tag from the VI, and to the other from the TagViewer.) When are Aggregates supposed to get updated?

You can confirm that you've enabled aggregates on the tag you are working with? Also, does your count column in the tag viewer display a number? When I have a tag that has never received a new value, all columns are blank as opposed to showing '0'.
