Broken USB Type B Port RoboRio 1.0

My team has a RoboRio 1.0 with a broken USB Type B port.  The plastic piece that supports the four pins has broken off.   Is it possible to have this repaired so that our team does not have to pay for an entirely new RoboRio?  If so, please advise instructions.

I suspect that our team members have been pulling on the USB cable, thereby sideloading the port and breaking it.   We are enacting a practice of installing Fixed USB connector ports to eliminate side loading of the RoboRio.

Thanks,

Regards
