I have a charger and 4 batteries. The charger should be connected to each battery in turn.
When the charger connects to a certain battery, the charger measure the voltage values of the battery, and according to these values, a controller will give a command to the charger whether to charge the current battery or switch to the next battery.
The process should be carried out continuously and automatically, so that it will stand alone and I will not have to intervene in the system operation.
What NI hardware is suitable for this task?
What hardware is suitable to implement the transition between the batteries (some kind of MUX/Matrix card), and what controller is suitable for communication and control of the system?
In the past NI used to have
TPC controllers, are they still available for sale? Are there any new ones? Does NI have cheaper controllers? Can you recommend me another solution (besides the NI TPC) to implement the system?

This sub-forum is for supporting FIRST Robotics teams. I suggest reposting this under the general "Real-Time Measurement and Control" sub-forum (or similar) to get the appropriate eyes on your question.
