I had requested repair or replacement directly, but was instructed to "submit a case" here. We purchased two RoboRIO 2.0 last year. During our ONLY competition this year, we had problems with intermittent resets. The CSA from the event spent a great deal of time at our pit helping us troubleshoot our robot. After diagnosing for an extended period of time, the CSA came to the same conclusion that our mentors did - the RoboRIO was intermittently resetting. We replaced JUST the RoboRIO 2.0, and never saw the problem again. At this point, we have a RoboRIO that we do not trust, and no easy way to perform further diagnostic testing (we have VERY limited access to our school, and robot, tools, et cetera, over the summer months). Basically, the robot would start in auto as expected, and sometime during the match, the RSL would stop blinking and the robot would be be non-responsive for a period of 30-45 seconds, then the RSL would start blinking again and the robot would respond as expected.
