MSI Error on FRC Game Tools Installation

I had successfully uninstalled the old 2023 version of the game tools (all registry keys and files removed via a reliable uninstallation program), but when I try to install either the online or offline versions of the 2024 game tools, I get an error while installing MSI for both. I am completely blocked. How can I proceed with a fix here?

An error occurred while installing a package: ni-package-manager-deployment-support (23.3.0.49295-0+f143)

Hello Diego, thank you for your response. I have looked at the MSI logs and they have the following contents after attempted install (also see attached detailed error log which is much longer). These error codes do not match the link you sent, so I imagine NI engineers may need to look at the code in PluginInteraction.cpp and Main.cpp to understand what the error could be related to. 

I have attempted to run with administrative privileges and still have no success.

Error -125530! An error occurred while installing the MSI at 'ni-package-manager-deployment-support.msi'.

Details:
MsiInstallProduct returned 1618.
An error occurred in OnTransactionStep for transaction type 'install'.

Error Context:
