National Instruments won't help us with an RMA

We are a FIRST robotics team out of Detroit. We have a Robo Rio with a broken USB port. We've been trying to get national instruments to RMA the unit for the past month. Every time we call we're told that someone will call us within 2 days to setup the credit card for the RMA. That call *NEVER* comes.  When I log into my dashboard our case is indicated as closed.  Every time I call back I get the same run around. 

This is blocking my ability to work with my students. Can anyone help us?
