Need RMA for damaged Roborio 2.0

HI,

I need an RMA for a damaged rio 2.0. I received this yesterday and when opened I could see that the rio had been damaged. It appeared that it had been stuck near the SD card slot. The SD card could not be removed and the rio appeared bent at the SD card slot.
