Hello,
I'm a mentor for an FRC team. This past weekend during our competition, we lost power to our RSL port as well as the other DIO ports on our rio2. We retested our Rio2 on another robot, a new RSL, and other new devices to ensure it is indeed the Rio2 that is faulty. I did not open up the Rio2 in case I cause further damage, but no visible swarf appears in the ports. The ethernet port light turns on, but we are not able to connect via ethernet. The printer cable USB port is able to connect and we were able to deploy code still via that, but not ethernet.
How quickly can I get this sent in for repair or exchange? It is our team's only Rio2 and we compete again in 2 weeks. Urgent help would be greatly appreciated!
