We have a unit that will not respond to 172.22.11.2,
We get "Connection Timeout" when using a browser.
The imager finds the unit as NI-roboRIO2-0-03249427. No Current Image or Firmware Version is displayed.
When I attempt to set a Team Number, I get a long message saying that it can't connect to the Configuration Server.
Safe Mode doesn't seem to have make any difference.
We have used multiple SD cards and multiple laptops.
Thanks,

Hi
This is Diego from NI.
I understand that you are having communication issues with the Roborio, to gather more information about this, could you please share if you are using a USB or Ethernet connection? Also, is the Roborio showing any LED pattern?
Do you have any other Roborio to try your current setup? The reason I'm asking you this is to narrow down the problem
To perform some network troubleshooting, could you please try the following steps and let us know if it any of these show any issues

Hi Diego,
I am using USB.
The status LED comes on for about a minute at startup, the goes out. It will go to 3 blink mode, if I force Safe Mode.
For test purposes, I only have power, USB, and the SD card on the unit under test.
Using a RIO2 fresh from the factory, I installed power, USB, and the SD card. I was able to ping this unit at 172.22.11.2. Using the imaging tool, I was able to set the team number to 359.
I reconnected power, USB, and the SD card to the failing unit. Ping times out. Using the Imaging Tool, the target now shows the logical address and the team number is displayed. Current Image and Firmwere Version are still not displayed.I selected "Edit Startup Settings and clicked Apply. I received the error message below.
Using the troubleshooting guide for USB, I disabled all network adapters. The unit still failed
