RoboRIO 2.0 Unrecoverable Error

Hello,

FRC team 4688 has a RoboRIO 2.0 that is currently experiencing an unrecoverable error (flashing orange status light).

We have tried several re-imaging processes with multiple SD cards and experience the same issue each time. The issue started at our competition this past weekend, and both the CSA and FTA recommended submitting for an RMA to get a replacement.
